OBJECTIVE OF THE TRAINING

The objective of the Problem-Solving Techniques and Root Cause Analysis training is to equip participants with the necessary tools and methods to solve problems systematically, enabling them to make effective decisions. Additionally, the training aims to enhance their ability to identify the root causes of problems and gain the knowledge and skills needed to improve existing systems. Through this training, participants will be better equipped to handle challenges in their professional lives.

CONTENT OF THE TRAINING

The Problem-Solving Techniques and Root Cause Analysis training is an essential skill for many businesses and organizations. This training provides participants with the tools and methods needed to solve problems systematically, helping them make effective decisions.

The content of the training includes the following topics:

1. Problem Definition: Defining the problem accurately is one of the most critical steps in the solution process. Participants will learn how to define and classify problems.
2. Root Cause Analysis: This technique is used to identify the fundamental causes of a problem, helping participants to find the underlying reasons rather than just addressing surface symptoms. Techniques to be taught: Brainstorming, 5W1H, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys Analysis.
3. Data Collection and Analysis: Practical information on gathering and analyzing the data needed for an effective problem-solving process will be provided.
4. Various Problem-Solving Techniques: Participants will be introduced to different problem-solving methodologies and guided on which techniques to use in various situations.
5. Decision-Making Process: Information will be provided on how to manage the decision-making process while solving problems.

All employees in Senior Management, Management, Quality, R&D, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Human Resources, and Distribution Services within the Food Industry are eligible to participate.
