Internal Auditor Training

OBJECTIVE OF THE TRAINING
The primary objective of this training is to teach companies that are certified or seeking certification in BRCGS, a British Food Safety and Quality Management System Standard globally recognized by GFSI, how to audit the Standard and its Requirements effectively. The secondary objective is to provide participants with the ability to conduct thorough internal audits by using audit examples and practical applications based on the standard clauses.
CONTENT OF THE TRAINING
This training begins with the fundamental definitions of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. Each clause of the BRCGS standard is then reviewed, with examples and practical applications provided. Finally, sample audit exercises are conducted based on selected clauses from the Standard.

- 2.1 Audit Opening and Closing Meetings
- 2.2 Audit Scoring
- 2.3 Preparing and Approving Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- 2.4 Sample Audit Application Based on Selected Clauses
- 2.5 Training Evaluation Exam
AT THE END OF THE TRAINING
At the end of this training, participants will have gained the knowledge necessary to audit the BRCGS Standard and its Requirements and will be able to conduct these audits as a team.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
All employees in Senior Management, Management, Quality, R&D, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Human Resources, and Distribution Services within the Food Industry are eligible to participate.
