FSSC 22000 Awareness Training

OBJECTIVE OF THE TRAINING
The primary objective of this training is to ensure that companies who are certified or seeking certification in the FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System Standard, which is globally recognized by GFSI, have a comprehensive understanding of the Standard and its Requirements. The secondary objective is to provide in-depth and detailed information about the standard through experience-based examples and practical applications.
CONTENT OF THE TRAINING
The FSSC 22000 Awareness Training covers the following topics:
- The importance of food safety and the FSSC 22000 standard
- The historical development and objectives of the FSSC 22000 standard
- Basic requirements of the standard and its areas of application
- Certification process within the standard, audit criteria, and sustainability principles
- Principles and applications of hazard analysis and risk assessment (HACCP)
- Traceability systems, record-keeping requirements, and documentation management
- Supply chain management, supplier evaluation methods, and surveillance controls
The training typically includes case studies, application scenarios, and practical exercises.
This training is generally targeted at individuals working in the food industry, such as food producers, retailers, and suppliers. However, the content can be customized according to the sectoral differences of the participants.
These awareness trainings can be especially beneficial during standard revisions or for beginners.
The content is presented interactively, supported by practical examples alongside theoretical knowledge.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
All employees in Senior Management, Management, Quality, R&D, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Human Resources, and Distribution Services within the Food Industry are eligible to participate.
