OBJECTIVE OF THE TRAINING

The objective of this training is to understand the fundamental principles of Food Fraud and Food Defense Management Systems in Food Production Facilities, provide knowledge on fraud and defense methods from farm to fork, and increase employee awareness of its impact on consumers and brands.
